About the Speaker:

Yang Jinah is a research professor of Information and Law Research Institute Kookmin University. She graduated with a Ph.D. in modern Korean history from Korea University in 2020. She is conducting research on modern Korean political and institutional history, focusing on the political system and national system. Her published papers are “Yu Kil-chun's exile in Japan and the process of returning to Korea”(The Korea-Japan Historical Review, Vol.72 2021), “Research Trends and Tasks in the Korean Modern Political History”(Sa Chong: The Historical Journal, Vol. 107, 2022), “Attempts to reorganize local administrative districts during the Gabo Reform period and their aspects”(HISTORY AND DISCOURSE, Vol.108, 2023), etc.
