The Korea Foundation (KF), an affiliate organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, implements a variety of programs and activities to enhance international awareness and understanding of Korea. As part of our efforts to foster Korean studies, we encourage scholars and experts from abroad to conduct research on Korea and nurture the next generation of Korea experts through a variety of scholarship and fellowship programs.

In this regard, we are pleased to announce our call for applications for the 2026–27 KF Scholarship for Graduate Studies and KF Fellowship for Postdoctoral Research programs. (Please note that this call is open to applicants from all regions, excluding North America, Europe, and Japan.)

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in sharing this opportunity with your academic network, so that eligible graduate students and postdoctoral researchers in Korean studies may be informed of and apply for these programs.
