Call for Papers - 2025 New York Conference on Asian Studies, to be held October 3-4, 2025 at SUNY Brockport. Submit proposals by May 1 for consideration.


Conference theme: Asian Worlds: From the Global to the Local with a particular focus on technological advancements and how larger structured systems shape, preserve, and transform cultural expressions, practices, and systems of knowledge across Asia.


Submission Guidelines

  • Abstract Submission: Please submit a 250-word abstract outlining your proposed paper, including its objectives, methodology, and relevance to the conference theme.
  • Format: Submissions should be in Microsoft Word or PDF format and should follow the [specific citation style required, e.g., APA, Chicago].
